Welcome to the board! Check out the animation if you want to see the process! This was all done on a laptop with nothing more than the little touch-pad. I used the Bezier tool for the lineart, and Masked the solid colors to do the shades.

 even with bezier, that is dang impressive you could do that with a touchpad. I love how incredibly happy Leo looks. XD
